County Criminal Search

Our County Criminal Search provides an in-depth, single-county courthouse search for the applicant and county you choose. County searches, available here or as part of the Standard Background Check, are the gold standard for detailed information. A standard report covers 7 years, with 10 years available for an extra charge.

This report can be a useful option for applicants without a valid SSN, or for those who only recently acquired one and do not have an established address history. If you do not have an SSN available, you may provide one or more full addresses in the selected county from the last 7 or 10 years. If an SSN is available, we will use it to supplement any address history on the order.

  • Single-county courthouse search submitted through the same fulfillment network we use for our other criminal products.
  • Choose either a 7-year search or a 10-year search.
  • Provide an SSN, full addresses in that county, or both.
  • Applicant copy delivery is available when needed.
  • Results are usually available in 1-4 business days, though some courts may take longer.
